Předem se omlouvám za svůj dotaz začátečníka.
Je možno na tomto přístroji zadat ISO 100 a k tomuto zadávat prioritu clony nebo času?

ISO se musí nastavit v menu, pro prioritu clony slouží režim A na otočném voliči, pro čas režim S.

Ano, lze. Hodnota ISO jde nastavit v těchto krocích 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200, 6400, 12800

Jo, jenže je to jakási simulace ISA 100 - je to vlastně dvoustovka s ořezaným dynamickým rozsahem, takže v praxi téměř nepoužitelné.

Ale ruku na srdce, proč řešit zrovna u zrcadla ISO 100 a 200...no nevím nevím...řekl bych, že při porovnávání D5000 a D3100 bych se díval na jiné (podstatnější) rozdíly.

Ale tady nikdo D5000 a D3100 neporovnává :). Mimochodem ISO 100 se může hodit na focení portrétů, kvůli hloubce ostrosti (není třena tak často šroubovat ND filtr), nebo např. při focení vodopádů.
