Dobrý den, cca 8 měsíců vlastním blesk SB-900. Koupil jsem ho nový a používám celkem málo. Většinou v interiéru. Zacházím s ním opravdu "v rukavičkách", ale bohužel došlo k závadě. Horizontálně se dá s hlavou blesku otáčet bez použití aretace a vertikálně drží zaaretovaný pouze v krajních polohách. Jsem si naprosto jistý, že nedošlo k žádnému pádu ani jinému mechanickému poškození, ale něco se muselo na mechanismu aretace ulomit. Chci se zeptat, jestli nemá někdo podobnou zkušenost, případně tip na opravnu a cenu opravy, protože mám strach, že mi v tomto případě nebude uznána reklamace. Děkuji za veškeré informace.

Dobrý večer, blesk mám již zpět z reklamační opravy. Nikon vše vyřešil výměnou výbojkového krytu bez jakýchkoli diskuzí, takže z mého pohledu maximální spokojenost. Asi se vyplatí investovat do kvality. Doufám, že budu mít reklamací co nejméně a pokud ano, že všechny dopadnou podobně.

Tip na opravu SB-900
Servis specializující se na záruční a pozáruční opravy a rekonstrukce objektívů Tamron, firma FOTOTRADE, Antala Staška 34, Praha 4, tel. 246052007, mail. servis@fototrade.cz. Dotazuj se servisního technika, pan Jenčovský, který má zkušenosti se servisem blesků Nikon. Jinak pokud je záruka, první dotaz bych směřoval na servis Nikon v Praze a poprosil, slečnu na telefonu, zda můžu mluvit s technikem. V záruce bych určitě řešil servis Nikon, vždy je šance, že záruku uznají.
